I would highly recommend Kath's Vibrant Femmes workshop for women of all ages. It is very informative, covering many important issues such as bone and heart health. It is interactive with some great exercises anyone can do at home.
As a menopausal woman, you are bombarded with a myriad of tips and tricks, what to do’s and what not to do’s and then you have the burden of trying to figure out what is real and what isn’t, on top of the major change your body is already going through. It's exhausting! Kath has done the research and separated the wheat from the chaff to provide you a road map going forward. She gives you the tools to know what to do in all aspects of your life - nutrition, exercise, mental wellbeing. In effect, she gives you the guide book of ‘how to survive as a menopausal woman’, which is extremely valuable. Further to that she offers you the path to ageing strongly, gracefully and above all in good health!
